My NYC Guide:

I wanted to share some of the few places that I think are a must see while in New York...I haven't included all the typical tourist-y spots that most of you know already, such as Central Park, Empire State, Times Square, etc. My guide includes places I stumbled upon or found out through locals...Feel free to email me with any questions if any!

47 West 20th Street
This place, which started off as a church, then turned into a club and now finally marketplace, is definitely a must see. The inside is packed with several different vendors door to door from each other. You will find unique retailers-clothing, jewelry, gifts, etc and some pastry shops as well as some eateries. Super cute place and the architecture inside gorgeous.

200 5th Ave New York (between 23rd and 24th streets) (212) 229-2560
Open Daily 11am-11pm
Mario Batali's, Eataly Caffe is right in the flat iron district. This, close to 50,000sqft, food and wine marketplace is amazing. The place is filled with all things, food, dishware, groceries, pasta! and tons more.

75 9th Avenue New York
This place is awesome...another marketplace in a huge building which used to be a Biscuit factory before. Its filled with a bunch of vendors from cooking supplies, to sushi, even an anthropologie! When you're there make sure to have some crepes from Suzette's Creperie- delicious!

The Standard Hotel and Grill
848 Washington Street

this place is great for many reasons...
1- for the holiday's they set up an ice rink right in front of the entrance to the hotel, with a little coffee shop in the back. They were spiking all of the warm drinks upon request. They had thrown red shawls on each chair to keep you warm as you watch the skaters.
2- The grill has a great vibe and ambiance as well as some very delicious plates. Rib eye is amazing, as well as the wedge salad. Need a drink? They have an amazing ginger based drink called, the Penny Drop...
3-If you're looking to meet your friends in a fun and hip place, nothing too fancy, you have to go to their "Bier Garten' - beer garden. This place gets packed..they even have a Ping pong table also. fun place
4-There is also Le Bain upstairs at the the rooftop. club/lounge/bar
5- The hotel rooms- you have a view of the entire Hudson River...unreal.

 Artichoke Pizza
328 East 14th Street- East Village
114 10th Ave- Chelsea
111 MacDougal St- Greenwich Village

this is not a joke. you HAVE to go and have the spinach and artichoke pizza- you're welcome, in advance.

275 Greenwich Street,
193 Spring St # A
90 West 3rd Street

Best Indian food I have had. yummers!
409 W 13th St
(212) 675-2400

This place is unreal. It's a daytime party with a night time attitude! Food is just as good as the party scene. DJ starts spinning at 2pm and goes on until night time...

This is somewhere where anything is possible-like, testing out possible hostess gigs for the future!

Obika, Mozzarella Bar
590 Madison Avenue
(212) 355-2217

This is a mozzarella bar located inside the Trump tower. Perfect if you are in the area, shopping, exploring the famed Madison Ave and you're starved. They have delicious mozzarella imported from Italy, as well as some delic burrata-my fav!  Oh and their ice tea was one of the best I have ever had, and the presentation wasn't bad either ;)

 Son Cubano
405 West 14th Street
(212) 366-1640
This Cuban restaurant located in New York's meatpacking district is the perfect place to enjoy some very delicious home cooked style food and party at the same time with a live Latin band from Monday-Saturday. Very cool vibe inside, white drapes separating different seating areas, mosaic tiles, crystal chandeliers and heavy wooden tables.

Thats all for now loves, if I remember some other spots I will be sure to fill you in!
